Experts provided firsthand updates from the field, discussed surveillance and contact tracing efforts, highlighted the importance of community engagement and trust, examined challenges associated with diagnosing and responding to Bundibugyo Ebola, and explored priorities for therapeutics, vaccines, outbreak preparedness, and international coordination.
