My current research interests include tuberculosis (TB), TB–HIV co-infection, and other related infectious diseases, investigated through both clinical and laboratory-based research.

Future Career Aspirations

I aspire to establish myself as an independent investigator investigating the mechanisms underlying host immune responses during the earliest phases of TB and HIV infection. Leveraging expertise in molecular and immunological research and public health experience, I aspire to lead a multidisciplinary group that bridges basic and clinical research to address critical challenges in infectious diseases.
