Current Research Area

My current research lies at the intersection of the vaginal microbiome and genomics. I am interested in understanding how microbial community dynamics and their genetic factors influence bacterial vaginosis treatment outcomes.

Future Career Aspirations

I aspire to be a clinical research scientist, designing and conducting studies evaluating interventions that lower the risk of STI acquisition and improve reproductive health outcomes. The goal is to generate scientific evidence that informs clinical practice and public health strategies aimed at improving the quality of life in populations disproportionately affected by HIV.
