Suliman Mahomed, a distinguished South African businessman and philanthropist.
He is the Chairman and CEO of the Sollys Group of Companies with extensive experience in the retail of consumer electronic,  construction and development of commercial and residential and industrial properties in South Africa and Internationally.
Previous directorships include, Investec Property group, ABSA Bank National, the Western Province Rugby board, the Western Province Cricket Association, Chairman of the Louis Trichardt Chamber of Commerce
He is currently a trustee of the University of Witwatersrand Governance council and the Wits Foundation. An independent Non- executive director of Agrarius Sustainability Engineered (RF) Limited (Agrarius)
He is the founder and trustee of The Solly and Zohra Noor foundation and trustee of the Sabri and Ashrafie Relief Fund
He is the founding member and trustee of the World Memon Organisation, served as chairman of the board of trustees for 7 years and global president for 6 years
