Exploratory visit by the German agency - GIZ

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) visited CAPRISA on 2nd June. GIZ officials were on an exploratory visit to gain insight into CAPRISA’s scientific research. Abdool Karim engaged in discussions on current and future research to address health challenges on the African continent. Discussions centred around potential areas of collaboration between CAPRISA and GIZ aimed at strengthening research.
